Dancing Blackbird Brooch - short legs

Part of my new range of Whimsical Bird Brooches. This cheeky blackbird's feet are strung from yellow thread which swing freely as you move.

Hand sculpted from white ceramic clay and decorated with underglazes - all my work is made and fired in Grove Park, South London using the Community Kiln at The Ringway Centre, Grove Park Community Group.

Tip of beak to tip of tail feathers = 67mm

This blackbird has slightly shorter legs - measurement from back of bird to tips of toes = 40mm
