Botanical imprint #2 Ceramic Pendant

A delicately beautiful ceramic pendant. Formed with white clay imprinted with the heart shaped seed heads of Shepherds Purse (wildflower) from my garden, gently coloured with underglazes.

Rather than using a high gloss glaze to finish, this range has been hand treated with museum grade microcrystalline wax. This seals the surface offering protection and a very gentle sheen (rather than a shine!)

finished with a silver plated pinch bail and loop.
